●Developed a pipeline using a backend database for real-time data ingestion, processing, and storage.●Created a system to track user interactions, identify patterns, and generate insights using Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Excel.●Built an automated system for generating and delivering reports, integrating data sources and presenting insights via Power BI, Tableau, or custom dashboards.●Transitioned parts of a monolithic architecture to microservices for better scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.●Implemented a machine learning model to detect anomalies, identifying potential security threats, performance issues, or irregular user behavior.●Developed an interactive dashboard for monitoring KPIs using Excel and Plotly, ensuring user-friendly data presentation.
