I was accepted into the NAB EF technology apprenticeship program. A 6-month program in which I will be learning about the latest trends in broadcast engineering. Upon completion I will be certified by the National Association of Broadcasters in broadcast engineering.

I work under the head of engineering and learn about the technological aspects of the broadcasting industry by traveling to transmitters and performing necessary maintenance, assist in maintaining and updating the iHeart facility in Charlotte.

I was an intern for the Kiss Mornings Show with Maney, Roy,and LauRen. I helped them to prep for each show, managed their social medias including Twitter and Instagram. I wrote their blogs and, upon the leave of their former producer, took on the roll of producer to screen callers and to pull audio from their archives to upload their show to SoundCloud. They took me to several different venues for social opportunities including remotes, festivals, and Alive After 5 in the Charlotte Epicenter.
