Studio Operations Manager
Current• Liaison with clients to ensure satisfactory project outcomes and timely project delivery. • Bridge communications between international branches of studio to ensure optimal workflow integration.• Coordinate communications between production departments to effectively facilitate asset creation and transfer. • Conduct workflow efficiency analyses to enhance productivity and maintain quality assurance.• Oversee inventory management, billing and accounts payable to promote financial solvency.• Draft service estimates, licensing agreements, contractual agreements, NDAs and other legal documentation for successful business operations.• Manage outreach for job candidates, process applicant information, draft employment offer letters and comply with state and federal regulations for staff on-boarding. • Maintain employee benefits programs, process payroll and update employment status as needed for accurate compensation disbursement. • Promote employee engagement and retention through team building activities, professional development opportunities, team partnership projects and formal and informal performance evaluations. • Uphold confidentiality with company, client, employee and contractor information through optimal security and file management practices.
