Hi, I'm Brian and I make things. I've most recently been working with Ruby on Rails and Swift/iOS. I've built my career on finding simple solutions to complex problems and never backing down from a challenge. At night my making turns to making beautiful things out of wood. I work mostly by hand using centuries-old techniques and technology. I love the dichotomy of high and low tech.I also stick close to my robotics and embedded systems roots, building fun electronics projects like programmable christmas lights and an Internet-enabled nerf gun.I also run 3-5 mile obstacle course races to keep fit, get dirty, and overcome obstacles.
