Areas of individual expertise include infrastructure development, sensor integration, and robotic camera integration. In addition to the existing Java/J2EE architecture, I have introduced unit testing with JUnit and GUnit, as well as the use of the groovy and ruby languages for product and tool development.Management functions include requirements gathering, task delegation, project tracking, defect tracking, and customer interactions. I introduced a full release and patch cycle based on extensive use of source code management systems. I have been focusing on bringing in more agile techniques, including some techniques from the Scrum methodology.
