Running point on Partner relationships. Any inquiries are directed to me from Partners and I call in the appropriate swat teams to get our Partners to outcomes.

- Inside Sales - Targeting institutions via formulaic sales approaches; Guiding Partners through the beginnings of a relationship with College Scheduler- Proposals - Writing RFP, Q, O, I's and Security Questionnaires with an attention to detail and a demonstrable track record for awarded Proposals.- Strategic Upsells - Growth as a company leads to reinvesting in our Partners. By evaluating and actively managing our relationships, I find opportunities for revenue growth.- Information Technology - Strong and relevant knowledge of internal networking and general IT.- Security - Responsible for the answering of various security questionnaires and joining security discussions as they pertain to new Partners joining the Civitas.

After being acquired by Civitas Learning, based in Austin, TX, my role has transitioned into a Partnership Development Manager.50% Outside Sales, 50% Proposal Writing

As the company transitioned to a faster pace, my role moved into a supporting role:- Actively manage new Partners as they came on board while ensuring well greased sales processes.- Beginning of proposal writing, responsible for representing College Scheduler when it came to RFP, Q, O, I's and other forms of written submission. - International Sales - Spent one month in Australia and two weeks in the United Kingdom promoting College Scheduler. Grew College Scheduler to have international presence with Partners in Australia and New Zealand.

As the head of the fraternity with a very small chapter (20 members) there was a lot on my plate. Bringing up the number of members in the chapter was necessary (40 were brought in in the next 2 semesters). I also noticed a lack of positions that positively enforce our business / entrepreneurial side, so I made multiple positions for brothers to take up, which are still around today.

Taught all levels of swimming, ranging from toddlers to competitive swimmers.Handled checking-in of students with a high level of detail and organization.
