A career professional, providing firms with relevant and progressive IT solutions and support for over 8 years. I’m highly familiar with a wide variety of hardware, software, operating systems and devices for both end-user and infrastructure needs. My passion is helping organizations to have a solid IT foundation to propel the overall success of the organization. WHAT I DOI work with an IT team of 5 to develop strategic IT solutions and support an array of architects and engineers across 11 offices throughout the eastern US. My primary tasks are general support, documentation, and employee onboarding and training. The IT field is challenging, dynamic, and fast-paced and these aspects are what drew me in to this industry. MY CAREER JOURNEYMy career journey has been dynamic thus far. My background and undergraduate degree are both in the music industry where I worked in audio production. Shifts in the industry and life took me to interning with the IT department at Osborn, installing production software and digitizing 120+ years of archived project data. As I worked in the industry, I found it exciting and something that would provide continual knowledge and growth. After a year of interning at Osborn, I was hired on full time as an IT Technician. Throughout my tenure at Osborn, I have held a few titles as the company grew and positions morphed. Now, I live and work out of the main Florida office in Tampa, FL as the IT Coordinator for our Florida division.
