• Work directly with Company Directors, Fleet Managers, and Customer Service to ensure the trucks domiciled out of the Olive Branch terminal are properly dispatched, rolling, and providing the maximum utilization and.
• Maintain low turnover rate by building relationships with drivers and resolving issues.

• Plan all outbound loads onto inbound company trucks to ensure on-time service while factoring in hours of availability, dead-head percentage, driver endorsements, and customer scheduling.
• Manage local fleet consisting of twelve drivers within a 150-mile radius. Monitor assigned trucks for driver load confirmations. React accordingly with follow-up or re-plans to protect on-time service.

Greater Memphis Area

• Responsible for managing and planning over 60 Drivers/Trucks on expedited freight lanes.
• Promote safety by ensuring drivers are compliant with all DOT regulations, monitoring driver’s hours of service, manage quarterly safety training, and offering safety driving tips.

Greater Memphis Area

• Responsible for managing over 50 Drivers/Trucks. Coordinate with load planners, customer service, and other fleet managers to ensure the driver/truck is planned on loads and servicing the customer.

• Provide sales support to outside sales associates by helping customers, placing orders, reviewing orders, changing orders, and tracking orders. Develop working relationships with furniture manufactures and sales.
