I am the President of Klick Group’s Commercial Solutions business, which helps pharmaceutical and other life sciences products and companies reach full potential through commercialization strategies that integrate marketing, sales, market access, medical affairs and clinical development activities. I also lead Klick’s Corporate Development efforts and broader initiatives to increase growth and profitability. Previously, I was a Senior Partner at McKinsey for almost two decades. I served as the global leader of both the Commercial (Marketing & Sales) and Private Equity Practices within Life Sciences. I have worked with clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, with a particular focus on the US healthcare system. Most of my work has focused on growth – of companies and the brands they innovate and commercialize.I have helped clients successfully launch products; engage patients, caregivers and prescribers; build capabilities; and design commercial strategies and the organizations to support those strategies. I've spent over 20 years working with those who make the products—branded and non-branded pharmaceutical companies, personal care, and medical products manufacturers—and those who establish the market: distributors, pharmacy benefit managers, and retail/mail/specialty pharmacies.I am a founding member of Google's Healthcare Advisory Board, which convenes industry leaders to develop innovative digital marketing strategies; a regular judge for Medical Marketing & Media's annual awards in healthcare marketing; and was honored to be named one of the 50 most influential people in healthcare in 2017 by MM&M and PR Week. Additionally, I co-authored a book with thought leaders from Wharton and Google, 'Pharma 3D: Rewriting the Script for Marketing in the Digital Age’—a how-to guide to improving pharma marketing. It has been incredibly rewarding to see how our work has helped multiple leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies reshape their commercial approaches.
