And prepare the initial draft of the Rating Committee reports, in consultation with the Senior Analysts, as appropriate.• Regularly monitoring credit quality of assigned issuers including analysis of trends of market developments including engagement with issuers through follow-up and additional information.• Attend the rating committee meetings and put forward analysis and evaluation, wherever appropriate.• Provide clear, concise, and constructive guidance as well as the delegation of work to Associates (if applicable) as well as management of pipeline workload to provide sufficient time for completion.
