Built over 4 floors, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms w/ gym, sauna, steam room, cinema room3500sq ft : full demolition, design, rebuild, budget responsibility of £1.2M and project management to handover. 5 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms.After previously designing a private GP clinic in the centre of Leeds, the owner became and still is a very close friend, we decided to embark on a short journey together whilst I was still working my full time job as a Recruitment Consultant at Charlton Morris.Weekends and late nights where a normal thing, however, we both had a passion for design and build (given my personal interest in property since the age of 18) and my degree in interior architecture.Utilising investors funds, we sourced land that was BMV and worked closely with our network of contractors and architect to develop the two wonderful properties
