Individual contributor responsible for delivering the first brand new, non-signature-based DocuSign products. Played a consultant role while working with a third-party vendor to complete, iterate and deliver DocuSign Gen—a Salesforce-based product that enables DocuSign customers to generate polished, data-infused agreements.Personally designed and delivered the end-to-end experience for DocuSign Negotiate—another Salesforce-based product that enables DocuSign customers to collaborate, negotiate and receive approval on agreements directly within Salesforce.Within the first year of release, these offerings added 300+ net-new customers, delivered on a “Top 5” company initiative, and exceeded bookings goal by 533%.

Acquired by DocuSign September 2018.Individual contributor responsible for multiple areas within the SpringCM CLM platform including both administrator and end user experiences.Led the updated “Prism” design system initiative at SpringCM, redesigned existing component library, and created a new Sketch symbol library available to all designers and engineers. Personally designed and delivered a net-new global navigation that improved consolidated global actions, search and on-page as well as general help links.

In true startup fashion, I wore many hats. Every day was different, and every day offered a new challenge.My primary responsibility was leading the UI/UX design for Leaderboard—a tool that is working toward transforming how Employers and Job Seekers connect. By leveraging artificial intelligence, Leaderboard will help companies quickly hire the best candidates and will help job seekers find a great fit.In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also supported the marketing and engineering teams by producing marketing materials, managing design projects and executing front-end development.
