In charge of weekly production build/updates and handling all emergency issues that arose. Started a required code review process for all changes that have resulted in reducing the number of times a ticket is returned from QA by 30%.Created an onboarding process for new college hires that reduced the ramp-up time from 6 months down to 2 months. This process had 4 individuals complete the process during my tenure. This new process speeds up learning without increasing issues/errors in the codebase. This process had new hires meet the same workload as other developers who had been in the code base for months+ without negatively impacting our bug-to-feature ratios or times a ticket was returned from QA. New hires were able to complete the same amount of story points per sprint as the more senior developers on the team.
