• Scaled weighted blanket company’s spend on Google Search 77% in 3 months, resulting in a 170% increase in ROAS on the channel.
• Created new, scalable processes for internal analytics, client spend pacing, and weekly and monthly reporting. These processes helped to grow the agency from 4 paid media clients when I joined to 11 paid media clients.
