I like to wake up with a positive mind and eager to take the challenges of the day.I enjoy learning through all channels be it doing the job, or interacting with colleagues or helping them.I am acquainted with theoretical and abstract thinking and then investing energy to turn ideas (whether mine or not) into productive and concrete systems.My current roles includes the following responsibilities:+ Monitor closely the infrastructure and minimize outages re-actively and proactively+ Take part in the migration of the services and monitoring to cloud based solutions (AWS) and the redesign associated with the new capabilities+ Participate in technical meetings in order to proactively define operational needs+ Handle internal and external requests for supporting new services and assure SLA's are being met+ Prioritize effort based on minimizing penalties (downtime especially) and maximizing revenue generating services impact on profit, or as directed by management.+ In close collaboration with IT, deploy the required infrastructure in terms of support (Jira Service Desk) and Monitoring (Opsgenie Nagios)+ Designing new tests and alarms to measure and guarantee uninterrupted service
