About Brandy Cacciamani

I got my start by taking a retail job smack dab in the midst of the holiday season, which taught me how to go one step further for those around me. From there, I learned how to take my people and communication skills and roll through anything my career could throw my way--from taking on a management position to running an office to handling HR matters. I've honed and employed my knowledge in a number of industries all over the world, building relationships with everyone I encounter. I'm a leader, project manager, creative AND analytical thinker (I make color coded, sorted packing spreadsheets for trips!).I'm passionate about having happy, healthy, talented, engaged employees, and firmly believe that they're the basis for a successful business. I've overseen and excelled at training and documentation, the creation and administration of policies and procedures, and cultivating meaningful relationships across multiple departments, while managing technology incidents and working with multiple teams to communicate impacts, data, and next steps.
