At the Atlas Project, we ran 3-part personal development trainings that spanned 4 months. Within Atlas, I both served as the Director of Growth and the primary facilitator within the 3rd part of the program. - Expanded the business from one market (San Francisco) to four (Boston, Austin, & Denver) - Launched numerous growth strategies that exponentially grew the business, leading to the trainings reaching max capacity. - Massive use of referral strategy to exponentially grow word of mouth referrals- NPS of 80+- Motivated hundreds of people to grow outside of their comfort zone and maximize their results in life.

Lead scaled initiatives around the globe to grow our global host base. Launched and scaled the global Ambassador program. Saved our Global Host Referral program from shutting down and scaled it up to our most impactful and consistent growth lever. Proved that guests would love a lounge to visit by launching the AirLounge project.

Responsible for making sure we had enough Airbnb hosts in the most popular destinations in North America. Directly worked on San Francisco, Vancouver, Denver, Seattle, New Orleans, and other challenging markets. Inherited San Francisco while it was declining by 10% week-over-week. We turned the market around to an all-time high in 5-months, then scaled those tactics nationally and globally.

MadeSolid was founded in 2013 by Lance Pickens, David Rorex, and I, serving as CEO, CTO and COO, respectively. The Company aims to use chemistry and material science to provide higher quality materials to the 3D printing industry. These proprietary materials are sold directly to the owners of the 3D printers, as well as to companies that use 3D printing in their manufacturing process. MadeSolid was in the Winter 2014 class of Y Combinator.• During an 18-month period, grew the company from a team of three with nearly $0 recurring revenue to a team of 10+ professionals and a customer base in 30+ countries• Developed the Company’s revenue strategy and managed the execution of the revenue model, resulting in a 34% average revenue growth rate over the one year leading to October 2014 • Principal in the Company’s application to and completion of the Winter 2014 Y Combinator class. Averaged 80% month-over-month sales growth as the sole sales representative during the 3-month incubation period• Pivoted the Company from a struggling 3D printing service provider to a company specializing in 3D printing materials. This pivot played directly into the unique strengths of the core team and led directly to the Company’s ability to raise capital• Established distribution partners in more than 10 countries, including Spain, China and, Australia, increasing foreign sales from merely 15% of total revenue to over 55% of total sales• Recruited a team of senior personnel, including a VP of Marketing and a Business Development Manager, each capable of managing entire aspects of the business and independently executing on company objectives

Tioki (originally DemoLesson, Inc.) was founded by Mandela Schumacher-Hodge and I as COO and CEO, respectively. The company focused on the video hiring of educators in a way that schools could analyze a teacher’s teaching ability prior to an interview. The company later began to connect teachers together professionally as a LinkedIn for Teachers.At its peak, the company employed seven professionals full-time and sold recruitment services to over 130 schools in the U.S.
