Over the past 35 years, I have successfully combined professional responsibilities in medical informatics, public administration, and information technology. My experience spans across the public sector, private consulting, and the NGO sector, both domestically and internationally.During my career, I was one of the inspirers and promoters of the LINCOS (Little Intelligent Communities) initiative, which aimed to create small, intelligent communities that can share knowledge and resources to improve the lives of their members.Currently, I reside in Barcelona, Spain, where I am enhancing my knowledge in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning in the health sector through academic pursuits at various educational institutions, as well as through my involvement as a visiting professor at the University of Barcelona. I am particularly passionate about the potential for data science and AI to improve healthcare outcomes, and I am excited to contribute to this field with my wealth of knowledge and skills. My experience in medical informatics, public administration, and technology, coupled with my current focus on data science and AI in the health sector, makes me confident in my ability to make a positive impact in this field
