Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant
CurrentProvide administrative support to a Vice President, 2 Senior Directors, 3 Directors and 4 managers with a high level of confidentiality while maintaining a professional relationship with their entire teams• Perform duties of a Project Coordinator for Managers, Directors and Vice President • Coordinate daily office operations: calendaring, problem solving, event and meeting planning including working closely with AV and Technical Support Teams, caterers, other support teams • Screen phone calls with composure • Handle incoming and outgoing mail• Manage and maintain my executive’s and departmental calendars• Schedule and arrange meetings; booking conference rooms• Handle travel arrangements effectively• Process expense reports through Concur• Assist with planning, coordinating the entire department’s quarterly meetings• Assist with set up for new hires and temporary employees• Update new hire information in Turner’s Concert System• Proactively assist with space planning
