National Account Manager
Current- Maintain and build relationships with 150+ dealerships, send welcome emails, set appointments for marketing reviews, and provide monthly reporting to the Corporate Fixed Operations Director (FOD) of specified dealer.
- Conduct 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day reviews of monthly ROI reports to 100+ dealers. Timeline changes to every 60-days and snapshots of ROI and roll up reporting sent to point of contact.
- Collaborate with Executive Market President (EMP) to identify new opportunities for additional product penetration (MRR) and create a plan of action. Update EMP and Marketing Account Representative of any changes.
- Document all communication and meetings in Sugar (CRM). Create reports for dealer groups through excel. Maintain retention rate under 1.33% quarterly.
