My main responsibility was to conduct manual and automated testing for the quoting, billing and service flow of Quest within Salesforce. In this role, I have:• Achieved high proficiency in testing automation through the use of Robot Framework with Selenium implementation using PyCharm IDE.• Increased the efficiency of testing for each sprint through Scrum and agile testing.• Shared technical knowledge on data migration testing using database management tools (SOQL) and API testing using Postman.• Greatly improved the confidence for production releases through defect detection and retests, sanity checks and regression testing.

• Increased the Chamber’s membership 40% by promoting services to new and current companies through events, trade missions, promotions, newsletters, e-mails, and meetings.• Effectively planned, prepared and executed activities on-time by organizing calendar activities and making weekly announcements on social media.• Increased events’ ticket sales and participation 100% compared with last year by creating eye-catching and compelling marketing materials, such as blog posts, flyers, banners, tickets and other promotional materials.

• Identified, raised and resolved platform defects within JIRA with the project team to ensure the quality and timely release of financial platforms.• Improved the effectiveness and efficiency of the tester team by transferring knowledge to colleagues about the main processes and features of FNZ systems.• Hold the functionality and aesthetics of the platforms at the highest standard of quality by preparing test cases, scenarios and procedures with the tester team.• Successfully covered more than 60% of the processes within Aviva’s systems with testing automation, using C#, SQL and Selenium.• Obtained awards FNZ-APAC Global Recognition Award and China Performance Award.
