• Partner with and support a group of recruiters to move candidates from the talentacquisition process into on-boarding.• Support and drive a seamless on-boarding experience for over 100 new hires a month.• Facilitate background and drug screening processes.• Ensure correct information from ATS into HRIS.• Create requisitions in ATS based on business needs.• Participate in employee relations issues as needed.

• Partner with members of HR, management team, and field employees on all HR back-end operational and employee services issues.• Maintain ongoing employee files in Document Management System / HRIS / ATS• Provide functional support to employees with Employee Self Service and Manager SelfService for HR data related transactions• Provide excellence in customer service while fielding & responding to all internal HRrelated inquiries• Verify and ensure legal compliance with the completion of the I-9 including E-verifyregulations• Follow-up and ensure adherence to Work Opportunity Tax Credit [WOTC] Program.• Timely and accurate completion of unemployment claims.• Facilitate all new employee orientation for HQ employees.• Responsible for the presentation and the administration of manager training in areasof responsibility.• Attend to/ investigative Employee Relations issues as they may arise.• Responsible for all exit interviews for HQ employees.
