• Administered Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Jamf Cloud as a service to the campus community, kicking off the transition of on-premise device management to a more modern cloud-based approach.• Deployed large-scale research computing laboratories using mass deployment solutions from Microsoft, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager tools.• Transitioned iOS device management for the Finance and Operations division from one MDM solution to a hybrid management approach with Jamf Cloud integrated with Microsoft Intune for conditional access and compliance.
