I managed IT services installation of a multi floor office in downtown New York City's Tribeca.Key Achievements: Utilized internal and 3rd party resources for upgrade of Unilever WMS (now hosted with Amazon cloud services). Oversaw opening of three retail boutiques, including Nexxus Salon in Tribeca, T2 tea shop in Little Italy, and Maille store in the upper west side of Manhattan Led the regression testing team for SAP environment and surround apps during consolidation to one Americas instance. Spearheaded site closing of Unilever North American Ice Cream business headquarters upon completing the integration of the ice cream business, which included divestiture of assets, consolidation of go forward applications into the North American datacenter and client updates to all remaining ice cream users across the remaining sites.  Managed current and new connectivity between datacenters across North and South America and transitioned key network services to new datacenter in Atlanta. Led successful upgrade of server based firewalls across globe with managed appliance based firewall solution.  Led a team of 3rd party technicians for end-to-end deployment of 66K+ assets across North America, South America and Europe. Spearheaded implementation of Americas Consumerized PC hardware service that included design request process and testing of key applications against multiple hardware/OS formats from Windows XP to Mac OS.
