This included being the analytical and tech lead- My team excelled in issue detection and resolution- One of the featured speakers at M3AAWG 42 for the session "How We Use Google Postmaster Tools: Are We Doing It Right"- Real-time monitoring by creating innovative solutions, both short and long term - Developing custom alerts that help identify key abuse signals and trends - I managed industry relationships in the messaging world such as Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, Comcast, Spamhaus, Spamcop, Barracuda, Cloudmark and many more- Provided customized IP/Domain warming strategies for onboarding new clients, with emphasis on proper data structure to ensure the IP/Domain get properly introduced to the messaging world.
