As a seasoned executive coach, leadership development expert, and organizational psychologist, I bring a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and human capital management expertise. Over my career, I have delivered more than 2,500 hours of executive coaching to senior leaders across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and national defense.
