About René Van Den Berg

During my 30 years of experience at developing software I've come to the conclusion that software engineering needs a different approach. Building a custom built system requires way too much resources even though tooling has progressed a lot. As developers we still need to do too much 'plumbing'. It sometimes feels we are building the same kind of systems over and over again, without really reusing already developed parts. It is my goal to change this.Specialties: I can quickly translate difficult business problems to technical solutions.
