Working at this level gave me great exposure to the company and the industry.After the Dispatch Manager left to pursue his career, I moved into the office and began working as an Assistant Dispatcher, scheduling appointments and building work days/weeks for 15 service techs. Then came my junior year of College and I was required to complete an internship for my business classes. Superior Water and the Lambourne family were gracious enough to give me the opportunity to work with their VP of Finance to complete the internship program. After completion of the program, I moved back into the dispatch office until giving my notice that I was moving to Massachusetts to pursue my career at Access TCA.
