The Factory Store Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue and profitability of the Factory Retail Store through in-store customer engagement and upkeep of inventory, displays and signage. - Provide in-store customer experience in line with Twisted Throttle mission and values. - Ensure the store is properly stocked and replenished at all times. - Ensure all daily opening and closing procedures are followed.- Act as Service Writer and actively upsell additional services and parts for installation. - Execute in-store displays, specials, and events in a calendar. - Ensure adequate retail store floor coverage at all times. - Maintain visual presentation standard for displays. - Compile customer feedback for improvement of the customer experience within the Factory Store.

Superior Water and Air gave me a great foundation for my future in the business world. I began working as an assistant in the shop, managing inventory and preparing daily stock for the service technicians and installers. Working at this level gave me great exposure to the company and the industry.After the Dispatch Manager left to pursue his career, I moved into the office and began working as an Assistant Dispatcher, scheduling appointments and building work days/weeks for 15 service techs. Then came my junior year of College and I was required to complete an internship for my business classes. Superior Water and the Lambourne family were gracious enough to give me the opportunity to work with their VP of Finance to complete the internship program. After completion of the program, I moved back into the dispatch office until giving my notice that I was moving to Massachusetts to pursue my career at Access TCA.
