•Builds and develops strong customer relationships by providing quality technical support. This will occur through performance of emergency and preventive maintenance as well as installation of new proprietary injectors. Manages all service activities within a specific geographic area.•Supports an installed base of 250 proprietary injectors at hospitals and imaging centers. New installations increase each Region’s installed base by 60 per year. Installed base generates approximately 250 service calls annually.•Determines parts needed to correct malfunction and performs proper tests to ensure operation of the proprietary equipment after repair. Testing requires use of electronic equipment and fixtures unique to E-Z-EM’s proprietary injectors. •Evaluates revenue potential within assigned geography and determines how to meet budgeted goals. This is accomplished through increased contract sales, preventative maintenance performance and billable repairs.

•Demonstrated multi-system products, design and conducts customer training and pre- and post sale support of clinical product offerings. •Guided in-house clinical trials. •Designed and developed very complex training courses for customers and company personnel on the working aspects of multi-system clinical equipment and communicates the technical and clinical information, ensuring customer utilizes equipment with efficiency and skill in appropriate applications. •Guided product promotions at tradeshows and seminars. •Guided development of customer relationship. •Provided detailed feedback and recommendations from customers to product development groups.

Upon placement in a temporary assignment facility, expected to fulfill the daily responsibilities of any staff technologist.Required to be competent in the following: Providing all the services the facility offers, ER, OR, Fluoroscopic Rooms, portable exams, routine diagnostic exams, as well as working with all ranges of patients from geriatrics to pediatrics.

Managed CT department on the weekends in the facility, while I was the only technologist in the department.Managed outpatient load as well as manage the inpatients and emergency room patients.Performed the full range of exams from a head scan to invasive biopsies, as well as starting intravenous lines and administering contrast if needed.

Performed all duties of a staff radiographer in the areas of: OR, ER, and C-arm exams, Fluoroscopic rooms, routine rooms, and portable exams, but primarily worked in the OR as the evening technologist.Responsible for the ER CT head scans in the evening so I became very familiar with CAT scans.Received training in CT at this facility but I only served to help with the call schedule as no full time positions were available.
