• Day-to-day management of bonds, swaps, lines of credit, commercial paper, and internal loans totaling over $2 billion in debt. Activities included: principal and interest payments, collateral postings, monthly cashflow.
• Managed the liquidity needs of Emory’s internal lending program with a complex financial model that projected institutional cashflows related to capital projects, maintenance & repair, external debt, endowment income.
• Expanded an existing debt ratio model to include pro-forma scenario analysis, which gave leadership the ability to act upon the amount of additional debt while preserving minimum policy requirements.
• Compiled documents for a public bond offering of more than $500 million, which included the Appendix A, rating agency presentation, and due diligence documents.

• Developed the company’s first 5-year Operating Model that incorporates all 3 financial statements, and has become the benchmark for the 2020 Annual Operating Plan.
