CurrentOPERATIONS LEADERSHIP | COST REDUCTION & BUDGETING | PROGRAM MANAGEMENTCONTRACT NEGOTIATION | RFP PROCESSES | INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DELIVERABLES• Secure mutually beneficial agreements, while implementing RFP processes to create competition among dealers regarding $MM purchasing, thus generating significant cost reduction• Deliver operational excellence, while analyzing systems and evaluating company performance to meet objectives and determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvements, and policy changes• Responsible for all facets of mobile technology communications, to enhance client-centered engagements, and successfully manage multiple programs, while administering conflict resolution to ensure customer success• Drive business expansion, year-over-year revenue growth & profitability in a highly competitive industry via project management best practices and leading diverse teams to achieve objectives • Direct, plan, and implement policies, objectives, and organization activities to ensure continuing operations, as well as maximize return on investments (ROI), thus increasing productivity• Proactively identify and resolve issues, while negotiating contracts and building win-win partnerships• Administer B2B & B2C services within an all-encompassing role, handling all aspects of general management and IT deliverables• Main point of contact for approving contracts / agreements with suppliers, distributors, federal or state agencies, and other entities• Oversee networking infrastructure and upgrade existing technologies• Direct staff & vendors, automate manual processes, thus doubling work volume by integrating new technologies such as an enterprise-wide CRM system• Source products, services, and vehicles, while leading, directing, and steering end-to-end corporate initiatives• Provide advisory services to maximize business functions and minimize business expenses for ground transportation such as cars, charter buses, and sedans
