It Consultant
Current- Conduct proactive client visits to assess, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure, implement new technologies, install equipment, document IT assets, and provide prompt user support through various channels
- Offer proactive advisory services to identify and address deficiencies in clients' networks, security, and support processes, recommend solutions, and stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Utilize extensive experience with multiple ticketing systems and time tracking tools, including ConnectWise, Freshworks, and Spiceworks, to efficiently manage IT support tasks and projects
- Collaborate with large external vendors and their support technicians for software/hardware-specific issues, coordinating services with multiple 3rd parties to ensure swift resolution
