- Clients included public homebuilders, private developers (for-sale residential, multifamily, senior), and startup real estate companies.- Services included but not limited to off-market entitlement sourcing, comparative market analysis, financial underwriting, PSA negotiation, due diligence, political consulting, owner representation, and disposition.

Advisory Board to the City Council regarding Housing and Redevelopment issues affecting the City of Vacaville.(With the elimination of Redevelopment Agencies at the state level, this commission was dissolved.)

-4th Period Carpenter Apprentice.-Father co-owned largest (at the time) union framing company in the San Francisco Bay Area.-Classroom and job-site experience in blueprint reading, layout, forms/foundations, structural framing, stairs/roofs, and finish carpentry including door and window installation.-Project types included SFD subdivisions and infill townhomes, as well as low and mid-rise condos.
