Responsibilities- Management and responsibility for all Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. digital platforms (approx 5-6 websites)- To manage and facilitate a clearly defined digital content strategy to ensure the digital content complements broader business activities- Create, lead and drive digital initiatives to deliver an excellent Nickelodeon brand experience and interaction between the audience and our program content, promotions and key activities throughout the year- To build revenue through the commercial strength of the websites and create innovative and seamless sponsor integration opportunities which deliver value for the Nickelodeon brand as well as the client- To oversee the Nickelodeon social media strategy - Liaise and continually grow and foster relationships with stakeholders within Nickelodeon to support their digital needs and enhance their understanding of the digital medium- Project and resource management- Management of budget, traffic forecasting and revenue projections

Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients- Overseeing a team of 16 designers, web developers and project managers- Creating, defining and executing brand and digital strategy - Guiding user interaction and optimising the user experience of all digital projects- Creating and implementing content strategy for digital projects- Writing clear creative briefs and documentation- Ongoing client service throughout a project lifecycle and beyond- Project management of large digital projects including eCommerce, mobile and websites for high profile brands- Driving innovation, strategic and best practice approach to all projects across branding and digital- Implementation of processes to manage, improve and facilitate efficiency, communication and creativity- Management of budgets, resource forecasting and project planning- Copywriting with specialities in writing for the web and brand voice and tone. Skills- Fast learner with ability to intuitively understand requirements and concepts- Driven and motivated, with a high sense of accountability and responsibility for all tasks- Strong conceptual technical understanding of web development techniques and processes such as PHP, XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery and responsive design techniques and extensive experience with various content management systems (CMS). - Extensive experience across all aspects of the digital project life cycle from conceptualisation through to content strategy, interaction design, web design, development, quality assurance, metrics and evaluation.- Ability to educate clients and staff on knowledge of branding and digital as well as influence behaviour and attitude- Excellent time management, people management and communication skills- Natural leader with experience in mentoring other members of staff and students- Creative thinker, from conceptual big picture strategy to small but essential details.

- Create quality content in short time frames - Manage content strategy, delivery schedule and daily content deadlines- Oversee a team of 20 writers, video editors and streaming coordinators- Manage forums and a very passionate online community- Liaise with Channel Ten technical management when development work was required.

- Liaison with numerous stakeholders across the business to understand content requirements for the V Australia website launch- Creation of content strategy and development of all copy- Consideration of best practice SEO techniques, brand voice and tone as well as usability throughout content development process.

- Creation of original content for publications including magazines, press ads, press releases and internal company newsletters- Developed the first ‘approvals checklist’ to streamline the website update process between the designers and copywriters.

- Contribution to the daily content deliverables for the Big Brother website- Developed content including the ‘Diary’, feature articles, quizzes and polls
