Led the research and analysis to develop organizational policy recommendations to the White House Administration, Congressional Artificial Intelligence Caucus and appropriate government agencies.

Lead the Government Affairs team in legislative and regulatory strategic efforts of engagement to support the progress of the Licensed Professional Counselor profession. Working to improve the lives of people by empowering elected, and other high ranking officials with information and education they need to improve, create, or in some cases remove policy. I do this through direct, grassroots, and grass tops lobbying, as well as through my role as the official spokesperson to the local and national media. Assisted the former Director, Ms. Aisha Mills in organizaing campagin literature, as well as website editing, and I was liasion between the CBC-PAC and congressional office. While working here I assisted State Senators, and other officials running for Federal Office by empowering them with information that would help them run effective campaigns based on the needs of their constituents.

•Saved the program from being shut-down by the U.S. Department of Education by increasing enrollment from 12 students to 42 in 30 days, obtaining $70,000 in grant funding to obtain resources and part-time staffing to support university curriculum, and effectively managed new Financial management of $234,000 which allowed program to become compliant based on federal standards.•Developed marketing plan for program that increased applicant pool, leading to program waitlist for prospective students.•Obtained university department partnerships that allowed students to work and gain real world experience in the medical field. This lead to part-time jobs for 48% of students.•Identify and provide individual and group academic advising and program planning to participants/students.
