I am the help desk technician for a local PBS / NPR affiliate in San Diego. I manage roughly 300 computers staffed by around 200 individuals. My position with guild was through the temp agency Robert Half. I worked on computers remotely through goto assist, a ticket system, and via phone lines. Since it was remote and there are multiple ways for users to reach out, I would often be working on 2-3 or more problems at once. This position taught me time management as it pertains to the user.

As a Regional Trainer, my duties included setting standards and training staff on customer assessments, product knowledge and introduction, sales techniques, and relationship development. As a Sales Lead Generator I was able to consistently turn 40% of my customer contacts into sales leads.
