Deployed with US DOD special operation medics in response to COVID19. Established a field hospital and accepted critical COVID patients. Later was provided a SDU/critical care floor in NYP's Columbia University hospital, managing critically ill, polymorbid ARDS patients during the peak of COVID. Later became a founding member of RVT Solutions LLC, an LLC formed to organize and support the burden of COVID19 in NYC. This organization employed almost 1000 employees in both clinical and non-clinical roles. Acted as a clinical liaison as the senior clinician on the ground in the group for our out-of-state Chief Medical Officer.

One of the founding members of an LLC forged out of the pandemic of COVID19. Seeing a need for organization and assistance, the now CEO, CMO and other admin staffed created the LLC from existing Ryan Larking Memorial hospital members, rapidly assembling a team to provide care. RVT provided assistance to more than 6 hospitals in the NYP network with an employment of close to 1000 members. RVT provided logistics, clinical and non-clinical support roles. These roles eased the burden of the health care system, provided world class patients care and helped organize the chaos that COVID19 brought to NYC.My role was as the senior PA in both the group and clinically. Acted as the on-the-ground liaison between the hospital and the CMO of RVT. Worked over night shifts on the SDU with organic NYP staff. This work was done under NYC's Emergency Order. When the Emergency Order ended in July 2021, I continued on as a per diem employee for NYP.
