Current• Manage all strategic and day-to-day activities related to accounting, finance, HR and administration, leading a team of 4• GL review and analysis for both departments: review detail GL activity for accuracy monthly, identify and inquire about unusual transactions. Ensure items are coded to correct accounts• Collate all financial reports: ensure accurate financial and management reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and continuously enhance control environments• Oversee the development, maintenance, and refinement of key management reports, financial projections and dashboard analytics to drive real-time knowledge and decision-making• Supervise financial project accounting and develop and implement strategies for project reporting and forecasting for both departments • Manage firm’s cash flow and forecasting and keep the Executive team abreast of firm’s financial status• Oversee the process surrounding the preparation of annual tax returns, oversees year-end closings, the year-end review and compilation of all financial reporting • Ensure compliance with regulatory issues • Act as an advisor and strategic partner to the President and Partners regarding business planning, budgeting, corporate spending • Ensure to provide the highest level of client service• Ensure that all HR activities remain efficient, effective, and compliant, leveraging both the internal team and external outsourced relationships (legal advisors, recruiting agencies, etc.)• Further develop firm’s HR and administration functions, enhancing professional development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training and recruiting in conjunction with the Executive team • Guide benefit (medical, 401K, etc.) and insurance (professional liability, employment practices, etc.) renewal processes • Oversee administrative functions and ensure efficient and consistent operations as the firm scales
