CurrentAt Spencer Thomas, I am responsible for the strategic and day-to-day operations of the firm, across our global footprint. In addition, I help manage the technical and consulting aspects for support and delivery of our services to our broad customer base. I have over forty years of experience in Information Technology, Business Solutions, Operational Improvement and Risk Management initiatives across numerous industries and have provided strategic direction to senior management on IT strategy, process improvement, project success, governance, risk management & compliance (GRC), and the effective application of technology to the business.I have developed methodologies and authored industry white papers and have presented thought leadership and advisory positions at conferences both in the US and internationally.
