AMG Guatemala operates 39 Christian schools serving 8,500 children, child protection & restoration program, vocational centers, scholarship programs, hospital and medical clinics, dental clinics, agricultural and nutritional programs for the poorest of the poor of Guatemala. AMG has more than 550 employees dedicated to lives being transformed in this beautiful but needy country.President of the Board of Directors and also serve on the board of 2 other organizations in Latin America.

Led the company from 2000 to 2008, achieving strong sales growth and market position. Spring Air was the 4th largest mattress brand in the world at this time and enjoyed strong sales with leading retailers such as Macys, JC Penney, Jordan's Furniture (Berkshire Hathaway), Boscov's, and numerous mattress retail chains. From 1998 to 2000 successfully managed and expanded the New England region for Spring Air.

Co-founded this outdoor software company, successfully launching its signature product, TrailMaster, in retailers such as L.L. Bean, REI and many other outdoor retailers. TrailMaster was created in partnership with hiking clubs across the country, Appalachian Trail Conference, Appalachian Mountain Club, The Sierra Club and others.

Was responsible for merchandising numerous lines of products within the furniture division for all Sears, Roebuck & Company stores nationwide with furniture departments. Was intimately involved with the establishment and growth of Sears' freestanding chain of home furnishings stores "HomeLife", which grew to hundreds of locations prior to being spun-off by the company. Also held management positions in inventory control, logistics/quality control and vendor relations. Prior to joining the Sears corporate team, I was store manager in 2 stores, sales manager in 2 stores and participated in Sears management training program during college. Attended Sears Executive Leadership Institute in Chicago.
