Strategic Partnership + Growth, Training/Sales, and Development:- Provide professional training and consultation to teachers, school staff, paraprofessionals and youth workers within the areas of play, youth development, social-emotional learning, recess design, physical activity, group management, conflict resolution, and strategies to maintain a healthy and effective playful-pro workplace- Manage Regional Certified Trainer Program that includes a co-hort of local Certified Trainers; inspire, guide and elevate their performance.- Contribute to the development and continued quality improvement of Playworks curriculum, including working with Playworks National Dept's to develop training content and techniques - Work directly with Executive Director and Program Directors to effectively implement annual plan for training services with corporate partners, district, and school partners throughout the region - Create and refine an integrated earned revenue strategy for growing Playworks’ services within the region.- Build ongoing relationships with key strategic partners to generate opportunities to provide trainings to clients outside of the youth development sphere in order to support strategies that bring in new resources and partnerships that extend Playworks' reach. Leadership, Training, and Development:- Managed and supervised the transformation of 10 school sites - Directly supervised Program and Site Coordinators; mentoring and coaching them to a successful year that saw bullying reduced and learning increased- Coordinated and supported the recruitment of 20 full-time employees; inspire and develop their performance - Facilitated over 300+ hours of professional development training; Leading professional workshops for 30+ Program Coordinators, 28 Site Coordinators, 200+ adult & youth organization members- Organized and led sports leagues and tournaments for 20 schools, enabling over 2,000 children to engage in organized sports.
