Adding to his experience, he has presented market analysis in all of Florida’s major jurisdictions while maintaining a portfolio of over $6 billion is assessments expanding over 10 million square feet. In addition, Mr. DePotter is a member of the NAIOP, holding a CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute and the CMI designation from the Institute for Professional in Taxation. He is also a member of: ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), IAAO (International Association of Assessing Officers, NAR (National Association of Realtors), AICPA (American Institute for Certified Public Accountants), and FAPTP (Florida Association of Property Tax Professionals). Brian has significant amount of experience in the area of commercial real estate valuation and property tax consulting. His experience includes analysis and valuation of real property, informal negotiations, formal board presentations, and coordination of court appeals. He works on a variety of property types including Office, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily and Hospitality. Brian plays an active role in both of the offices in Florida: Plantation and Tampa and he has experience in all of the major counties within Florida. As a manager, he oversees some of the national property tax engagements.
