-Developed a volunteer ministry from the ground up for The Pittsburgh Project-Coordinated, recruited, and managed volunteers for both organizations during a time of strategic partnership before eventual merger in January 2020-Successfully transitioned L.I.V.I.N.G. Ministry volunteers to The Pittsburgh Project-Implemented a monthly Community Serve Day averaging 30 volunteers per month serving five to six community partners each service day-Built relationships with over 10 community service organizations in the Northside neighborhood of Pittsburgh-Recruited and managed 250 volunteers for our annual ALIVE festival in November-Attended and led volunteers on outreach events such as home repair days, community cleanups, meal service to the elderly, and street outreach-Trained volunteers on best practices in serving those experiencing homelessness-Coordinated three months of nightly meals, and over 900 volunteer slots for the Allegheny County Winter Weather Shelter

-Served with the Oglala Lakota Sioux Tribe on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation-Maintained over 50 community relationships through monthly phone calls, and visits to the reservation three times per year-Coordinated and executed 150+ construction projects for summer mission trips-Set up nine weeks worth of community engagement activities to be carried out daily -Managed and directed a mission site for over 800 youth and adult participants

-Devoted three summers on the Pine Ridge Reservation leading construction-based mission trips for middle and high school students, and their adult leaders-Delivered over 100 sermons to 100+ people six days each week for two summers -Planned and coordinated daily community involvement activities for participants for nine weeks-Built and fostered strong relationships with community members-Managed and directed a team of 10 college interns for 11 weeks and supported them in their individual positions-Collaborated with the Construction Manager to run 10 weekly construction sites -Successfully managed a $75,000 budget

-Coordinated and managed volunteer recruitment for over 500 volunteers-Created marketing materials for different volunteer events and social media-Maintained volunteer portion of Squarespace website-Arranged and participated a homeless street outreach a month for two years
