March 2018 - April 2023Responsibilities for this position involved going over shift reports with off-going supervisor, scheduling operator production based on customer needs and staffing, ensuring maximum productivity is being achieved, assisting the Quality department and production leads when efficiency concerns arise, writing a detailed report that upper management and corporate leads would receive, documenting all production data for the shift into a digital online database, and giving a detailed download to the oncoming supervisor at the end of my shift. 2014-2017 EUCOM JAC (European Command Joint Analysis Center)As lead analyst for my unit in Ohio I stood up a new mission at EUCOM JAC 0613 by learning the operating systems of classified programs during a deployment to the UK. While deployed I acted as a Maritime Watch Stander after first completing over 100 pages of training in 2 months to become certified to sit the watch. I collected and processed intelligence to include over 25,000 contacts of significance contributing to the production of 340 Operational Intelligence briefs.
