The music and slides were all bi-lingual in English and Thai.

• Stretched my creative side by designing and programming a lighting show and queue sheet using Jands Vista software as well as organizing the lyrics and videos through ProPresenter. • Engaged a rotating team of volunteers by walking alongside them in the production booth as they implemented the lighting and lyrics I had designed during the week. • Tackled large stage and set redesigns several times a year to create fresh look for the church. This involved installing and moving PAR-cans and related equipment as well as large design pieces and sections of stage to match a sermon theme or seasonal holiday.

• Worked in the Retail Trade Center which managed the inventory of all 10,000+ used cars at Sonic's 100+ stores country-wide. This involved appraising about 1,000 units a day, analysis of in-stock pricing, transferring inventory store-to-store, and wholesaling aging units. • Dove head-first into the world of database management and query creation using MS SQL Server to provide a wide range of reports that the office needed to manage inventory across the company. I created and maintained about 10 to 15 different reports which were sent out daily as Excel documents or uploaded to SharePoint. • Created 19 auction run lists for sales at Manheim Auto Auction for Sonic cars to wholesale. Organized about 900 units per week and a team to sell these units online via Simulcast. • Communicated with the managers of 20+ stores on the East Coast to help manage their inventory and pricing. This was accomplished by daily reviews and hundreds of phone calls and emails which required a calm and effective customer service mindset. • From an IT standpoint I greatly expanded my skills with data analysis and reporting while managing and prioritizing multiple projects at once. On the personal side I continued to develop my customer service mindset as I provided analytical support for my corporate co-workers, the store-based teams, as well as outside customers and vendors.

This required internal customer service to the departmental team, care of the local wholesale dealers who purchased from us, and also external customer service to those selling units to Carmax. • Acted as manager, conductor, and wrangler of 8 LaborReady workers every Monday as they drove cars through the auction and staged cars for the next week's auction. • Juggled many small tasks that were essential for the department to keep cars being processes in through the appraisal lane and out to the front retail lot. These processes were kept efficient using Kaizen and other internal Carmax business practices that I learned.
