I developed the desktop client which incorporated a OSS GIS engine, spatial data modelling algorithms using an R bridge to generate risk maps, and software protection using USB dongles and online activations.Designed the system architecture and database architecture for RESTOREID a Powered by VECMAP project that will collect data showing the link between landscape degradation and the emergence of infectious diseases.Created a prototype for a mobile offline-first app for integrated pest management with 2D world editing, aerial photography and automated reporting.Created a prototype that interfaces with IoT smart trap devices for field sample data collection.
