RBS services nearly 10,000 independent retail Health Food stores and represents 10 companies. RBS's ability to customize its marketing approach based on its clients desires, allows for specific marketing in-store tailored to those desires. Clients are able to receive real-time sales updates via RBS's unique online reporting and calendaring website.

Sandra Lee Sweets is a confectionary distributor to independent pharmacies, specializing in diabetic foods and candies both direct and via pharmaceutical wholesalers like McKesson Corp, Bergen Brunswick, and Cardinal Health.

I was responsible for opening a regional office in Bentonville AR to service all HBC categories for the company. Managed an office of 5 professionals servicing the Wal-Mart account. Responsible for increasing sales from $32MM to $42MM in 12 months through Planogram management, product sell-thru programs and new distribution.

I was directly responsible for taking the territory from stagnant year of year sales to positive sales numbers through product management, planogram reviews, new product introductions, promotional programs and customer relationship building. By increasing brand distribution to multiple category buyers and working closely with those buyers, sales increased over 20%.
