Irving Gymnastics offers a family-friendly gymnastics program for all ages - 6 months to adults! 22,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility offers programs for the entire family. 3,500-square-foot Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics, Ninja Warriors, Tae kwon Do, Tumbling, Dance, Open Gym, Adult Gymnastics & Competitive TAAF and USAG Gymnastics Team! As well as Special Events, Summer Camps and Birthday Parties.❀ Responsible for ensuring that the Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics' programs and operations effectively carry out the Company’s vision. ❀ Accountable for the success and growth of the program and management. Responsible for hiring, staffing, training, supervising, disciplining, and recognizing coaches and staff members. ❀ Create and maintain class schedules that provide for student needs and the growth of the program while maintaining fiscal responsibility to the company. ❀ Ensures that Sweet Peas’ curriculum is successfully implemented and that instructors effectively teach the curriculum. ❀ Established procedures for safety and ensures that such procedures are consistently being met. ❀ Coaching 6 months to Adults basic & advanced gymnastics and fundamentals while keeping them engaged focusing on discipline, self control, body control and making it fun! My students have shown tremendous progress and look forward to coming each week.❀ Coaching Pre-Team/Master invitational classes. These students are selected as having competitive team potential. My assessment helps determine if these kids should move forward on the competitive team. ❀ Teaching Ballet/Tap classes. Students are learning fundamental rhythm, music theory, and dance history. Vaganova method, technique, and improvisation.❀ Facilitate and participate in the planning, scheduling, staffing, promoting and coordinating of the Company special events - Meets, performances, staff events, parties, school events, outside performances, outreach, etc.
