This highly visible, multi-division initiative was delivered on schedule and within budget. · Led project team to decommission legacy systems replaced by new technology. Included in this effort was the creation of data retention protocols for legacy data ensuring that data was accessible for future reference.

· Directed twenty-two system professionals in all aspects of retail mutual fund systems support. Applications included customer accounting, customer correspondence work-flow and mutual fund product master reference data. Maintained interfaces with customer account application, retail brokerage system, institutional accounting application and customer statement and confirm application. · Managed Infrastructure Support team. This team worked with Fidelity Investments Systems Company to test and implement new or upgraded software on the MVS platform. Projects included the conversion of all customer accounting application automated schedules to Control_M and the upgrade of all CICS regions to version CICS Transaction Server 3.1. This team also planned and executed all Disaster Recovery efforts for mutual customer accounting applications. · As a subject matter expert, directly participated in planning development strategy, resource allocation, test planning and delivery. Applications included: mutual fund customer accounting system, customer correspondence work-flow application and mutual fund product master reference application.
