I am dedicated to developing a collaborative environment that accelerates the resolution of real-world industrial problems. With over 15 years of experience in advanced manufacturing in the aviation, automotive, and motorsports industries, I have a proven track record of leading teams, excelling in complex research, and effective problem-solving. Concurrently, at night, I am pursuing a PhD in Industrial Systems Engineering, driven by my dedication and passion for the additive manufacturing field.My experience leading teams across multiple time zones, including Asia, Europe, and North America, has equipped me with the adaptability and global perspective necessary for successful technology transition.Previously, I played a pivotal roles at both The Ohio State University and Honda R&D Americas where I drove cutting-edge research projects in metal additive manufacturing and actively contributed to industry standards through participation in professional committees such as AMS, ASTM, and SAE. I am honored to have been selected as an America Makes Ambassador in 2022 and Executive Committee in 2023.
