● Management of new capital projects up to $50MM for onshore petroleum facilities● Management and supervision of de-bottlenecking and optimization projects of from $5K to $4.5MM● Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams including other managers● Optimization of oil and gas piping and processing systems● Mechanical/hydraulic project scoping including cost estimation and project scheduling● Adept at managing competing priorities while maintaining schedule and cost objectives● SAP knowledge for initiating, reviewing, modifying and approving work orders/projects● Development of policies and standard procedures for company operations● Facilitate HAZID and HAZOP for oil field wellsites and facilities● In-depth knowledge of ‘Cause & Affect’ matrices (development and on-site review)● OSHA program development and administration● Fluent in the use of all Pelaton products (SiteView, etc.), AFE Nav, esi (InterCalm), and SAP (Business Suite)● 3D CAD design for mechanical and hydraulic systems with FEA analysis (14+ years)● Facility piping and vessel design for hydraulic and petroleum applications (ABSA, ASME B31.1 & B31.3, NB Reg.)● Thorough knowledge of API Tank and Pumping codes● Induction heating and transformer system integration and packaging● Metallurgical analysis and mechanical property testing relating to welding applications● Statistical process analysis, process layouts & statistical QA methodology
